Hina Shahrukh & Co. was formed by two aspiring Chartered Accountants in 2015 and is a registered training organization with ICAP. We believe in a practical approach to executing work while giving utmost importance to deadlines and client relations. Our list of services includes assurance and compliance but goes beyond with consulting, HR and IT solutions.

1. Based in Islamabad
2. Regular travel to Lahore

Job Requirements (minimum)

These requirements are applicable to all potential candidates for the position of Manager Assurance:

1. CA articleship completed with a reputable firm
2. 3 years' post-articleship experience in an audit firm, with at-least 1 year of audit supervisory experience
3. CAF qualified (persons who completed articleship on the basis of a Bachelors degree also need to have qualified CAF by now)
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Problem-solving skills
6. IT literacy

If the candidate does not have any post-articleship experience, they will be hired as Supervisor Assurance.

Job Requirements (additional)

If a candidate fulfills these requirements in addition to the above, they will be hired as Manager Assurance & Consulting:

1. 3 years' experience in a consulting position within an audit firm or a consulting firm
2. Strong analytical skills to identify and assess risks, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, and design action plans for clients
3. Ability to adapt to changing technologies, methodologies, and regulatory environments
4. Adept at managing client relationships, including handling conflicts, expectations, and delivering value-added services
5. Willing to travel abroad, including in countries with on-going conflicts such as Ukraine, South Sudan, etc. (2-4 visits every year spanning anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks)

Notes

4. Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Conduct basic programming tasks and manage databases as required.
